Recommended RAS Suspension Enhancement for a 2014 Ford F-150
Question:
I have a 2014 F150 Platinum with a 6.5 ft bed. I tow a camper with a tongue weight over 900 lbs. Do you recommend the 3611-Y or the 3611-YHD? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
I recommend going with the heavy duty RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-YHD for your 2014 Ford F-150. Whenever there is a heavy duty option I usually recommend going that route for a few reasons; the first is that if you ever do end up towing a heavier trailer the suspension enhancement will have a better chance of keeping up, and the second is that you can adjust how much tension the system is using so there will be less stress on the heavy duty system.
Attached is an installation video on an F-150 for you to check out.
