I may have a solution for you to carry your two fat tire e-bikes. I recommend something like the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise - 10K, part # 325-GH-313. This particular model has a 5" rise with a 2" and 2-5/16" ball mounts. If you use a hitch receiver with this adapter for a bike mount, you will reduce the tongue weight of the hitch receiver by 50%. That new maximum tongue weight would be 750 lbs. Adding the adapter will not affect the tongue weight as it pertains to the towing of your Airstream trailer. A 750 lbs maximum tongue weight is plenty for carrying two e-bikes. I will include a link to our Gen-Y Stacked Receivers, so you can find one that has the necessary rise/drop that you need. Please let me know if you are in need of a hitch bike rack recommendation.
I have included a product description link, a video demo link, and a Gen-Y drop hitch link below.
