How To Read a Date Code On a Trailer Tire

I would like to know the date of a Kendra Karrier tire that is on my tow dolly

The date code on a tire consists of a set of four number, usually outlined and located on the sidewall of the tire. The first two numbers are the week and the last two are the year. For example, "1718" indicated the tire was made on the 17th week of 2018. I have attached a photo below.
