For your 2016 Ram ProMaster 3500 you could install a universal front mount hitch like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" # 41990-07. This universal-fit trailer hitch fits heavy-duty and commercial vehicles with frames up to 44" with 7" tall, weld-on mounting brackets included. It has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 16,000lbs and maximum tongue weight capacity of 1,600lbs.
If you needed a larger different drop you could use the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Cross Tube - Class V - 2" # 41990 with the 16" Weld-On Bracket Kit for Draw-Tite Class V Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch # 4916.
For a spare tire holder you could use the Front Mounted Trailer Hitch Universal Spare Tire Carrier # 6715. This will mount directly into the 2" x 2" receiver hole of the recommended front mounted hitches above allowing you to carry a spare tire for your ProMaster on the front of the vehicle.
