What is the Difference Between a 2007 Chevrolet Colorado With a Factory 7-Way and Without?
Question:
2007 chevy colorado LT what does it mean by with factory 7 way or without

Expert Reply:
On your 2007 Chevrolet Colorado it will have either came from the factory with a 7-way trailer connector or with no trailer connector. The models that had the 7-way trailer connector will have had all the factory wiring and fuses necessary for a 7-way trailer connector to function the trailer lights and charge line on a connected trailer. If your Colorado came with the factory tow package you will have this wiring unless it was removed by a previous owner.
The Colorado's without the 7-way will not have a trailer connector or the corresponding fuses and wiring from the factory.
