The hitch has a 2" receiver opening which is great because that is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories like bike racks, cargo carriers and ball mounts. If you are planning to tow a trailer you may need wiring like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK26FR which will allow you to power your trailer's signal lights using a 4-way flat connector.
