There are a few advantages and disadvantages when deciding between bias ply # AM3S334 and radial tires # AM31994. With radial tires, some advantages would be:
1. Improved comfort.
2. Superior heat management and heat dissipation.
3. Excellent tire flexibility and road surface interaction.
4. Superior handling.
5. Lower rolling resistance.
Compared to some bias ply tires benefits:
1. Less complicated tire construction and, therefore, typically lower cost.
2. The stiffer sidewall can be an advantage in certain applications, ex. as trailer tires where a bias ply tire may deliver less sway and bounce than a radial.
3.Rugged design and sidewall puncture resistance.
Almost anywhere you go radial tires is the way to go, and you'll be more at an advantage compared to bias ply tires, so going from bias ply to radial will be an upgrade, making Karrier the better of the two. But there is no difference between the Karrier and Loadstar. Karrier and Loadstar are two different brand names used by Kenda, and there is no change in functionality and quality.
