Do the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains CB12 Come with Rubber Tensioners

Do you recommend a rubber tensioner for these chains? If so, which one? My Mazda 3 tire size is 215-45-18. Thanks.

When using the Standard Snow Tire Chains for Passenger Vehicles by Thule, item #TH01221097, 30 mph would be safe as long as conditions are favorable for this speed. We do not recommend driving any faster.

We get all of our fit info from the tire chain manufacturers. If they changed a fit and list the 250 #TH01594250 now as the correct fit this would be the chains to use. I checked with Konig and this is the correct size.
