The difference between the Curt Hitch - 2" # C22UR and the Draw-Tite - 2" # DT55MR for your 2021 Toyota Sienna is the weight capacity. While the Curt offers 350 pounds of maximum tongue weight/3,500 pounds of maximum gross towing weight, the Draw-Tite offers 675 pounds of maximum tongue weight/4,500 pounds maximum gross towing weight. Another difference is that the Curt is manufactured in the U.S.A. while some of the components of the Draw-Tite are made in Mexico.

As far as similarities, both hitches require the removal of the underbody panel and fascia trimming. I went ahead and attached diagrams that show the area required for trimming for the installation of both hitches. Also, both hitches include protective coatings that will protect the hitch from rust/corrosion. Lastly, both hitches include a complete hardware kits for installation.

Given the comparison, I recommend the Curt hitch because it will have enough weight capacity for most applications on your vehicle and has the added benefit of being made in the U.S.A.
