Will the Pro Series Cargo Carrier # 63155 Clear the Bumper of a 2012 Chevy Malibu
Question:
Will this fit my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu LT? It appears that carriers with a straight shank will not as they all appear to have 6inch from center of pin hole to edge of bumper and the Malibu has 7.25? What other 1.25inch carriers will my Malibu?

Expert Reply:
The Pro Series Cargo Carrier # 63155 that you referenced has a distance of 11 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole out to the nearest edge of the cargo carrier. So it should work on your 2012 Chevy Malibu since you have a distance of 7-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin to the furthest edge of the rear bumper.
