Does this part C56496 fit my 2010 RR HSE ? It is a full size 4 door and is not a Sport

The Curt Upgraded Circuit Protected Wiring Harness # C56496 you were looking at is a universal splice in wiring harness and as such it will work just fine in your 2010 Land Rover Range Rover HSE non sport.
You will need to use install kit # 55151 to wire the harness to the positive terminal of your battery.
