Are K-Source Towing Mirrors For 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 Convex on Bottom & do They Vibrate
Question:
Are the bottom mirrors convex? Any issues with drive thru car washes? How bad do they vibrate at highway speeds?

Excellent questions, and the bottom mirrors are actually spotter mirrors and not convex for the K-Source mirrors that fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500, which are the following part number:
- K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat # KS62147-48G
So what a spotter mirror means is that you will be able to manually adjust it in order to help you with any possible blind spots both when the mirrors are extended and not extended. This allows you the best possible view no matter how you are using the mirrors on your Chevy.
In regards to vibration, there will be very little vibration at highway speeds when the K-Source # KS62147-48G are fully extended. Since they are replacements for your OEM mirrors they are going to be much, much more stable than any add-on mirror. While I can't say you'll never experience some slight vibration, I can tell you that these are easily the most stable option for your truck.
As for the car wash, there are no issues whatsoever going through a car wash with these mirrors on; you can absolutely do so.
