The lowest profile 15 inch diameter tire we offer is the Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM1ST92, which is 27.4" overall. This is a 205/75-15 tire with a capacity of 1,820-lbs. The issue you may run into with anything smaller than that is the load carrying ability is greatly reduced with less sidewall, so capacity should be paid attention to closely when trying to go smaller.
