Wiring to Install Hopkins 7-Way Adapter on 2009 Ford F-150
Question:
Dear sirs I purchased this stuff but now I find out my truck does not have wiring from the controller to the rear of truck to install this. What do I need to do to complete the job with? Thanks,

It looks like you currently have the Hopkins Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole # 37185. Since you do not have any wiring on your truck for the brake controller, you will need the Wiring Kit for 2, 4, 6, and 8 Brake Electric Trailer Brake Controllers # 5506. This includes a 25 ft. 10-2 Duplex wire as well as the circuit breakers and ring terminals you will need to complete the installation.
I am attaching an installation video for our # ETBC7 universal installation kit on a 2013 F-150. The kit has everything put together already so the installation will be the same as using the # 5506 wiring kit with the Hopkins adapter.
