I have a complete replacement option for you, but unfortunately Thule no longer sells the replacement lock housing for the anti-rattle bolts separately.

Instead you will need to go with the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 which includes a new anti rattle bolt, lock housing, and lock.

I included a video of the # THSTL2 for you to take a look at.
