Can One ST205/75R14 LR D Tire Be Used With Three ST205/75R14 LR C Tires On Trailer?

Question:

My trailer has 2 axles it is mounted with 4 westlake super st tires st205 / 75r14 load C, one of the tires is worn and I have to change it, however the westlake load C tire is unavailable but the D load tire is available. Can I put 1 tire of load D with the 3 others of load c? If not, is it better to buy 1 tire from a different brand with the same specifications as the other 3 st205 / 75r14 load c and which tire do you recommend?

Since the Westlake ST205/75R14 Load Range D like the # 274-000012 will have a higher load rating than the other 3 tires on tandem axle trailer, you can use it with no issues.

The only time using a different load rating would be an issue is if the one tire had a lower load rating and was not rated high enough.
