Will SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs Add Height to 5th Wheel

Question:

Would love to add SumoSprings to both axles on our fifth wheel. However, our RV port’s entry and exit are extremely tight when we pull in and exit due to the front bedroom A/C. So, will adding SumoSprings to our rig affect it’s overall height? Thanks!

I have reached out to the manufacturer, SuperSprings, regarding a possible increase in ride height of the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket - Single Axle - 5K to 8K - Overslung # SS26MV.

They were unable to give me any type of exact number in regards to an increase in ride height; they said it likely won't give any amount of actual lift to the ride height. Essentially what the SumoSprings # SS26MV do is keep your rig at the same height when they engage due to sway or added weight.

I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket - Single Axle - 5K to 8K - Overslung # SS26MV.
