Question:

MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke Lid. How do I adjust the range of the automatic opening and closing? After the lid is fully open or closed, the motor continues on and the lid snaps or pops six or seven times before the motor stops.

I contacted the Vender, they stated that it appears the operator mechanism on your MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent, # MA00-07500K is bad and needs to be replaced. Use the Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents, # MA10-20281K-1AF.
