Troubleshooting A Furrion Tankless Water Heater That Won't Light

Question:

We did purchase a new regulator with a heavy duty propane double stage auto changeover for Rvs with dual tank hookup. Inlet 1/4” SAE inverted flair/ outlet 3/8” MPT female. 210000 bit/ hr *service cylinder/13000 btu/ hr* reserve cylinder 11” nominal outlet pressure. but tank still doesn’t ignite. Fan runs, igniter clicks but no combustion. Water pressure is approx. 45 psi We are frazzled.

The Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005 is able to have its pressure adjusted. You'll want to check that the pressure is actually 11" WC. If you have other items running at the same time you could be losing pressure. If you get the pressure checked at the # FR93FR and you are receiving 11" WC then your water heater has an internal issue and you'll need to contact Furrion for replacement.
