Best Way To Secure a Vehicle On a Car Trailer

Question:

I recently bought a Cargo pro 18 foot aluminum trailer with 4 recessed pocket rings - the frame around the trailer is boxed with no recessed or outside pockets/rails. What would you recommend as the best way to tie a car down using the 4 pocket rings - PS The rings are about 6 inches from each end of the trailer 17 feet between the rings and about 6 inches from the sides going into the center of the trailer. Thanks for your input and advise.

The Erickson Adjustable Ratcheting Wheel Net part # EM58522 is a great option for securing a vehicle on a trailer. They wrap around the wheel so there is no crawling under the vehicle to find a tie-down point and the integrated design making things much simpler. There will however need to be tie-down points relatively close to the wheels. It sounds like you may need to add some additional tie-downs to the trailer. Unfortunately, there are really too many variables here for me to be able to offer specific advice such as space required between tie-downs etc. I have attached a list of tie-down options below.
