Availability Of Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit For 1999 Four Winns 190 Horizon
Question:
I want to add a bolt-on hinge to my stock trailer for my 1999 Four Winns 190 Horizon. I think it is a 3x4inch tongue but I am not sure and the boat is not with me so I am unable to measure. I cant seem to find any info online.

We do have folding tongue adapters that will fit the tongue of your 1999 Four Winns 190 Horizon, but unfortunately the only way to determine the dimensions of the tongue is going to be by measuring it as we do not have that information and I was unable to find it.
Your trailer will more than likely either have a 3" x 3" tongue and would need the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 3" Tongue - Bolt On - Up to 5,000 lbs # FHDPB330301, or will have a 3" x 4" tongue as you mentioned and need the # FHDPB340301instead.
Both of these kits will bolt on using the included hardware, and will allow you fold up to 48" of your trailers tongue allowing it to fit in tighter spaces.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
