Brake Mounting Flange Recommendation for a 1-1/4 inch Spindle on a 2006 Palomino Camper
Question:
i just purchased a used 2006 palomino fold down camper which doesnt have no brakes on it. i would like to install electric brakes to the camper but it dont have no flanges on it .the shaft size is one and one quarter inch round but according to your ad under flanges there is no flanges available to that size . could i have your advice on this. thanks.

I believe I have what you need. Since you said you have a shaft size of 1-1/4 I am assuming you are referring to the spindle. The Brake Mounting Flange # 4-34 is designed to work on spindles that are 1-1/4 inches in diameter and should work for you.
The description says that this flange works on 1-3/4 inch axles with 1-1/4 inch spindles.
With this brake mounting flange you will need to use a 7 inch brake assembly. For a left hand brake assembly you could get a Dexter Brake Assembly # 23-47, for a right hand assembly you would want part # 23-48.
