Yes, you can still flat tow a vehicle behind your RV while using the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR.
What you will need is the correct dual hitch adapter for flat towing, depending on the drop you need when flat towing your vehicle. For example, for 4 inches of drop you would need the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 4" Drop/Rise # RM-077-4.
I have added a link below to our selection of dual hitch adapters for flat towing. Otherwise, this rack can also be put on the hitch of your flat-towed vehicle, so long as the vehicle has a 2 inch hitch.
