Can I use the power that runs lights brakes for power source for my new electric jack.

The trailer connector won't deliver enough power to drive the # BD1824180100 powered drive kit. You'll need to install a battery on the trailer, and you can use the 12-v feed from the trailer connector to keep the battery topped off, but it won't provide enough amperage to recharge the battery once its discharged. You'll want to use a battery charger like the NOCO Genius, part # 329-GENIUS10 when shore power is available to recharge the trailer mounted battery.
