Correct Disc Brake Replacement for Titan 8-1/2 Drum Brakes

I currently have the drum brakes T1544500042 and I am looking at switch to the disc brakes K2HR2D. Would that work to switch to that disc brake set?

I do have an option for you but the L68149 and L44649 bearing combo will require larger 10" disc brakes, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR35DKG is what I recommend. It will work great to replace the Titan 5 on 4-1/2 Complete Hub-and-Drum Assembly part # T1544500042.
