Trailer Hitch Fit for 1997 BMW 328i Convertible

We have a 1997 328i Convertible and would like to put a trailer hitch for bike rack. Understand that there is a hitch that fits. Can you confirm.

Curt confirms that their Class I # C11177 hitch is a fit for all models of the 1997 BMW 328i, including the convertible.
If you don't already have a bike rack in mind, the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches Item # TH934XTR would be a great choice. Even though it is a 4 -bike carrier, it would only allow you to transport 2 bikes weighing up to 35 lbs apiece since you have a Class I hitch.
