I have a Fat Tire Rad Rover 5 E Bike with step through frame. Will I need to also purchase their bike adapter frame crossbar extension. SKU: BA-PRO

You should not have to get a bike adapter with the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches, part # HLY64FR. With this rack you can clamp the frame of your bike or the seatpost to secure the bike to your rack. Those clamps also lock to secure your bike to the rack and the rack has an anti-rattle hitch pin to eliminate the movement of your rack in the hitch receiver.
