From the center of the pivot point to the bottom of the wheel on the Extreme Off-Road Ratcheting Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 15-1/2" Lift - 1,100 lbs # ARK54FR will measure 16-3/4" with the jack fully retracted and 32-1/4" when fully extended.

On the 10" lift model # ORJW1SU will measure 14" with the jack fully retracted and 31" when the jack is fully extended.

Keep in mind the # ORJW1SU has a lower weight rating of 770lbs so you will need to make sure that the tongue weight of your trailer does not exceed this if you choose to go with this option.

Personally I recommend the # ARK54FR due to it having a higher weight rating of 1100lbs, but also due to it having dual wheels which will make it easier to roll around especially on rough ground.

I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
