The Bulldog Winch Off-Road Winch Mounting Plate for Toyota Tacoma # BDW23001 weighs 35-lbs. There is not a relocation kit for the power steering cooler line when installing these winch plates, but it's recommended typically that you just bend the hard line out of the way as much as needed. You won't need to completely relocate the line in this case though.

Actually on brake magnets for trailers either wire can be used as the power or the ground so the colors don't really mean anything. Most likely the magnet manufacturer just put what ever color was most convenient on your trailer.
