Hi. Just to confirm, this rack fits BOTH a 1 1/4inch and 2inch hitch? There doesnt seem to be a separate model for the different sizes...

Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202 does fit 1-1/4" and 2" receivers. Locks are included to secure the bike rack to the hitch receiver, along with securing the bikes to the carrier. I attached a demonstration video for you.
