Yes, the Thule Force XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black AeroSkin # TH6358B will fit the factory aero crossbars on your 2019 Buick Envision. One thing to keep in mind is that the hatch clearance for this box is 51-1/8". To verify if this will allow your trunk to be opened all the way you will need to measure from the center of the front crossbar all the way to the line where the roof and trunk meet. As long as this distance is more than 51-1/8" then you are all good to go.
