Which Base Plates for 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Using Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar
Question:
I just purchased the Falcon 2 tow bar and with the included RM-910021-00 base plate. I can’t find any instructions on how to install this base plate to my 2015 Jeep JK. Will this work with my Jeep?

I have a solution for you, but the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars # RM-910021-00 is not an actual base plate; it's simply an adapter that allows the Falcon 2 # RM-520 to be used with Direct Connect style base plates. You will still need to install a base plate kit like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521448-5, which are a confirmed fit for the 2015 Jeep JKU Unlimited. This would give you the connection points needed to use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520.
There may be some other components you need to complete your flat towing package like tow bar wiring, supplemental braking or safety cables; I've gone ahead and given a recommendation for each of those below in case you don't already have them.
Tow Bar Wiring- Roadmaster Hy-Power Diode Kit # RM-154
Supplemental Braking- Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR
Safety Cables- # RM-643 (68" long) or # RM-653 (80" long)
I've also linked some installation/review videos, as well as some helpful articles on flat towing for you to have a look at if you'd like.
