For your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke
Item # MA00-04500K I would avoid drilling out the screw if you can. I recommend pulling every other screw out and putting pressure on the unit to help with pulling the screw out and using a locally sourced screw remover bit to avoid widening the screw hole. I ran into an an issue like this personally before and ended up cutting a straight notch in the head of the screw so I could use a fatter flat head screw driver to pull it when the screw got too stripped for a phillips head screwdriver.
Since the screws are running into the roof of your RV there could possibly be wire running through there that you'll want to avoid. If you need some more screws, butyl tape, and sealant we have a kit with everything you'll need to reinstall the vent with Item # 344270KITW.
