Recommended Replacement Electric Trailer Brakes for 7,000 lb Axles

Question:

Recommended Replacement Brakes for 7k Dexter P-11, Model D72, SLR 14.2. What replacement brakes would be good for the above axles on a 98 Newmar Mountain Aire fifth wheel RV? Thanks for your help!

For electric trailer brakes on a 7,000 lb axle, I recommend going with a self-adjusting kit because they are going to be simpler to maintain; you won't have to manually adjust them as they will always be aligned properly. The kit I recommend is the following:

I really like these brakes because they are easily the best value for electric brakes, combining quality and effectiveness at a better price point than other options.
