Hello, sorry for any confusion. For determining the proper size Solera Slider your project requires you need to measure the total width of your slide room from the outside including the flange then add a minimum of 5" (2-1/2" each for the left/right side overhang). Yes you can have greater than 2-1/2" overhang if you want, such as the 3" stated, it is just suggested that you do not go any less in width.

For the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 6'7" Wide - 48" Projection - White, # LCV000163285, that you identified. This has an awning fabric that when fully extended can be out to 79" wide x 48" long (listed in Specs Section).

If I understand your listed numbers correctly, you have three sliders of 127-1/4" width, 86" in width and 51"?

If your slide-out measures 127-1/4" from flange to flange edge on the outside, I suggest the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 11'1" Wide with 48" Projection in White, # LCV000163295 or in black, # LCV000184673. This has awning fabric, when fully extended, at 133" width which will provide you an even overhang at just a fraction of an inch less than 3" left and right.

If you have a slide-out measuring 86" then I suggest the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 7'7" Wide - 48" Projection - Black, # LCV000168106, or # LCV000163288 in white. This has awning fabric, when fully extended, is 91" width which will provide you an even overhang 2-1/2" left and right. If that is less overhang than you prefer, the next size up will be the 9 foot model that has an actual fabric width of 103". This would provide an overhang of 8-1/2" left/right. # LCV000168108 for black or # LCV000163290 in white.

If I go with fabric 5" wider than the flange to flange measurement, will the hex bars be too short? Those bars are standard length. Wouldn't I run the risk of the bar not reaching the furthest pre drilled hole in the mounting bracket? That would then only have 1 screw in it....
