I would be happy to help!

For your 2021 Toyota Tundra with the 5-1/2' bed there are two options for a 5th wheel hitch, a sliding hitch designed for super short bed trucks, or a rotating pin box on your trailer to give the additional turning clearance and a fixed hitch.

if your trailer does not already have a rotating pin box I recommend going with the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 13,000 lbs # DM8550040 which is designed for trucks with a 5-1/2' - 6' bed like yours. The great part about this hitch is it is an autoslide so you will not need to get out and unlock the slider each time you are ready to make a tight turn.

For rails I recommend the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Semi-Custom Install Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552020-71 which are confirmed to fit your truck.

If your trailer has a rotating pin box, or you would like to add one I recommend using a fixed hitch like the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047 and 5th wheel rails # RP50084-58. To determine the correct rotating pin box you will need to know the model number of your current pin box which is located on a sticker on the pin box. For example the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 20,000 lbs # RP34FR will replace the Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD, Fabex 663 and 665, M&M 663 and 665 pin boxes, and the Lippert 1716, 1116, and 0115 with spacer kit # RP97FR.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
