I have another option for you, but the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU58FR you were looking at is not confirmed to fit your 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71.

Instead I recommend the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # DM9519342 which my contact at Demco was able to confirm will fit perfectly on your 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71.

To complete your flat towing setup you will still need a tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, and a supplemental braking system.

Starting with a tow bar I recommend the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 10K # RM-422 due to its 10000lb rating which is more than enough for your Tahoe, and the non-binding arms that allow you to quickly and easily unhook the tow bar even on un-even ground. You will not need any adapters to use the # RM-422 with the # DM9519342.

For safety cables I recommend the Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables - 8,000 lbs # RM-645.

Moving on to tow bar wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will add a 6-way connector to the front of your Tahoe, and the included 7-way to 6-way cord will plug into the 7-way connector on your tow vehicle to power the lights. The included diodes do a great job of protecting your factory wiring from any back feed or damage.

For a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to its easy install, and since it is completely removed when you are done flat towing it can be used in multiple tow vehicle should you change vehicles in the future.

Lastly you will more than likely need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle so I have included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.

It is always a good idea to check the recreational towing section in your vehicles owner's manual for any flat tow restrictions, and for any special steps required to make your vehicle ready to be flat towed.

I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
