I attached a customer submitted picture of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75713 installed a similar Dodge Durango as your 2013 model.
I also attached a video of a very similar hitch being installed on a 2013 Dodge Durango for you to check out. The hitch is a Curt Hitch # C13182. This hitch and the # 75713 are very similar in appearance and the video will give you a good idea of how either hitch would look installed on your vehicle.
