You can use the Replacement Lamp Switch for Ventline RV Range Hood - S0721 Series - Black with White Lamp Icon # BL0108-01 and the Replacement Fan Switch for Ventline RV Range Hood - S0721 Series - Black with White Fan Icon # BL0108-02 to replace your fan and light switches on your Ventline PH series range hood. I've confirmed this with my contact at Ventline-Dexter.
