Clevis Hitch Connections For Trailer With Two-Tang Clevis With 1" Clevis Pin

I have a water tank trailer with a 2tang Clovis hitch welded to the front. What kind of hitch do I need to have on my truck to attach it? The Corvus pin hole on the water tank trailer is 1”. Thanks

If your truck has a 2" hitch receiver and you want to make connections with a 1" clevis pin then you can use the MaxxTow # MT70034 two-tang clevis rated for 5,000 pounds. If you need more capacity you could use the Convert-A-Ball # AMCC2 rated for 10,000 pounds, or the Gen-Y # 325-GH-069 rated for 21,000 pounds.
You will also need a 5/8" hitch pin to hold your clevis on your truck receiver like the chrome plated JR Products # 37201065. For the equipment end you will need a 1" clevis pin like the Curt # C45803. I like that it is extra long with a big handle.
