Reverse Flush Valve For 3 Diameter Hoses On RV/Camper Black And Grey Water Tanks

Im looking at Flush King Reverse Flush Valve for RV Holding Tanks and Sewer Hoses - 3 Diameter. I have two long rods to my valves and I was told you can get a valve at the end then keep dark and grey water valves open to make emptying easier. Is this the correct product?
