I have a solution for you, but the only trailer hitch receivers available for your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee are 2". In order to use your 1-1/4" with a 2" hitch receiver you will need to use a reducer sleeve such as Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" # HT02. The 1/2" pin is included for the 1-1/4" accessory end. For the 2" end I recommend using Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 which will keep everything tight and reduce any rattle/wiggle.
If you do not have a trailer hitch receiver on your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee then I recommend going with Etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" # e98901. Keep in mind that if you have tow hooks on the vehicle then they will be permanently removed in order to install the receiver. Also, spare tires that are larger than 18" will not be able to be stored under the vehicle. I have attached demonstration videos for the products mentioned above.
