Replacing Dexter 7,000lb Axles With Timbren Axle-Less Suspension

Question:

Does TimbAxle-Less Trailer Suspension come in a 4” lift configuration. I am thinking of replacing the Dexter 7k axles on my fifth wheel with Timden axle-less components. Thx

We do have Timbren axles rated at 7,000lbs, however, we do not currently have 4" lift Timbren axles that are rated at 7,000lbs. If you do not need 4" lift then I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01. If your trailer does not have a cross member then you may need to reinforce the frame. You can do this by building out the trailer frame or by adding a 2x3" steel bar in the pre-cut 2x3" slots on the timbrens.

This setup works with Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 - 1/2" Studs # 42866UC3-EZ. Use Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6,000 lbs # 23-105-106 for electric brake kit. I have attached installation videos for these products.
