I am looking for a WD Shank that would fit into a 2 1/2 receiver without a reducing sleeve and give me a 6 from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform. Total length of the leg would be 12

The length of the drop part of the shank is 11-1/2" long, so it's quite close to what yours is. The next longest shank would be the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank - 12" Long - 13" Rise, 9" Drop # EQ94FR.
