I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202 for its ease of loading/unloading. This particular model has a unique design that varies from many. It has an aluminum ramp to help you load your heavier than typical ebike and supports easier roll on/off operation. This load ramp will also fold up and store on the carrier itself. Another great feature is that this bike rack folds up for for easy transport and compact storage, it has an integrated handle and wheels to roll instead of carry the rack to and from your vehicle. This is really great product and becoming one of my favorites for ebikes. I have linked a product review video below covering all these great features in detail.
If you do not already have a receiver hitch on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma, I recommend the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch # C13264. If you have concern about the height this bike rack sets on the back of your truck, I suggest considering the use of a long ramp, such as # TH933402.
