Available Replacement Hubs, Drums and Brakes for 3500-lbs Axle on 16 Foot Enclosed Trailer

I have an EZ lube axle, does that change anything recommended?

I may have a solution for you, but you will want to confirm the bearings that are on your current hubs since I have encountered some AL-KO axles that are a little odd. All of our hub/drums for 3500-lbs axles use an # L44649 outer bearing and # L68149 inner bearing, so you can use a hub like the # AKHD-545-35-K if you've got a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, which comes with the bearings, races and seals included. If you've got a different bolt pattern than that, I've linked our entire selection of 3500-lbs hubs that can be sorted by the bolt pattern you're looking for and you can decide which one you need.

For brakes, I recommend using the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA which are 10" brake assembly that are self adjusting; this means that you'll be ready to go once they're installed and don't need to worry about getting adjustment perfect. You'll also need brake mounting hardware since that is not included, which is available with part # BRKH10B.

If you have EZ lube axles then you'll just want to use the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K instead of the # AKHD-545-35-K. This would be the only change required. The bearings should still be the same, but if you pull them off and find something different just let me know what you find and we can see if there is an alternative-this shouldn't be the case though.
