An option you could take a look at is the use of a dual purpose ball mount like # D210. The 2 inch receiver on top can accept a bike rack. The weight of the rack and bikes does count as tongue weight in addition to the tongue weight of the trailer so keep that in mind. The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR is a fine choice of bike carrier.
Also you will want to make sure you have enough space from the last bike to the trailer, especially when turning so I do recommend some extremely low speed tests ahead of time.
