I checked with Pewag and can confirm that there is a fit for Pewag Snox snow tire chains on 235-55R18 tires, including that size tire on your 2020 Toyota Sienna. The correct part is the following:
- Pewag Snox Pro Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # PWSXV580
The Snox chains are an excellent choice for your 235-55R18 tires for a number of reasons, starting with the ease of use. Putting them on your tires only requires you to drape them over the top of your tires, pull forward a smidge, pull the rest of the chain over the tire and drive off. When you do they will tighten automatically, saving you from having to spend any more time than needed on the side of the road in the snow.
They are also diamond-pattern square links which means not only optimal coverage for your tires, but also the best overall traction in snow and grip on ice. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Pewag Snox Pro Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # PWSXV580.
