The best option for a trailer hitch receiver for your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek hybrid is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13382.
I really like this hitch because it has a concealed crosstube and is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your vehicle's frame to install. This Class III, 2" trailer hitch is entirely hidden behind your bumper, as you can see by the accompanying photo a customer sent in of this hitch installed on their Crosstrek, and the only thing showing is the receiver.
Additionally, if you plan on towing and need a trailer wiring harness, the correct part for your '19 Crosstrek is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467.
