Question:

I would actually like a weight distribution hitch for this trailer. What do you recommend?

Unfortunately we do not have towing components like a hitch or wiring that have been confirmed to fit on the 2020 Land Rover Defender yet, but if your vehicle came with the towing package included you should already have a hitch and wiring present though. If you actually just need a ball mount and hitch ball that fit into the receiver, then it looks like the D110 comes with a 2" receiver.

For that I recommend starting with something like the Curt # C45230, which can be used for trailers that require either a 2-3/8" rise or 3-5/8" drop. This ball mount has a 1" diameter ball mount hole and it appears that the 2019 Airstream Globetrotter 27FB uses a 2-5/16" coupler, so for a hitch ball you'll want the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball - 1" Diameter x 2-1/8" Long Shank - Chrome - 7,500 lbs # 63847. You'll also need a hitch pin and clip which is available with part # C21500. If you'd like to secure the ball mount to the vehicle I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - Flush - 2-5/8" Span - Chrome # e98880 instead of the # C21500.

I've linked some short review videos of these parts for you to check out.

When choosing a weight distribution hitch, you'll want to find one where the loaded tongue weight of your trailer can fall somewhere towards the middle of the prescribed range for the hitch. It looks like your Globetrotter 27FB has a GVWR of 7600-lbs, which means your tongue weight will be somewhere between 760-lbs and 1140-lbs when fully and properly loaded. For a trailer this size I recommend using the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution Hitch # RP66084 because it offers you weight distribution and sway control in a single system. I really like the cam style sway control that the Strait-Line offers because it's not quite as rigid of a ride that you might experience with traditional weight distribution hitches. This weight distribution is rated for trailers with tongue weights between 600-lbs and 1200-lbs. You will also need a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank like the # 19286 to use this system. I've linked a short review video on this weight distribution hitch that I recommend you check out.
